Shipping / Delivery:
Free Shipping All over India. (regular shipping like DTDC ) .Express shipping can be done on additional charges.
Estimated dispatch is 5 working Days or earlier from the date of order.
Estimated Delivery 6-8 Working Days.

Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pincode at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds can be claimed by the customer for delay in delivery of the product, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy:
If a customer cancels the order before the order is shipped, we may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount with in a reasonable period of time.
Please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped.
WRONG ORDERS: If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
DAMAGED GOODS: We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our studio. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know immediately on receipt of the product. This must be accompanied by a video that documents the opening of the package, in order to show that the product has not be damaged or hampered after receipt of product at the customer’s end.
PRODUCT COLOR: Accuracy may vary according to display of one's monitor/Mobile.
There is no guarantee with regards to fancy colors. It is advisable to avoid detergent soaps and wash sarees body and border separately.
Material & Quality:
All the products have been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials by skilled weavers. Many of the processes are manually done. Minute Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product. Even with best handling and care, Products having embellishments have the tendency to come undone.
We do multiple quality checks before shipping out the Products. Quality check process requires complete unfolding of product causing few crease or wrinkles. you can mildly iron without water.
However, if in some case, you’re not happy with the Products, we’d be happy to exchange them for a different one. Please make sure to let us know within 2 days from receiving the product. We only expect you to ship the product back to us. We will send you a different product once we receive.
We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired color. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.
Product bought on SALE will not be exchanged or refunded.
The products returned should be in unworn condition with all tags/Labels intact. We hold all right to not accept the products incase they are used, damaged or washed by the customer.
Alterations :
If you have a query regarding the size and lengths of outfits please email us. In certain cases the design team will get in touch with you based on the details provided on your order to confirm exact measurements and Size.
- Outfits will be fitted to true measurements within our available sizes
- Length alterations are not possible in most cases, if it can be done this will be charged additional as it involves re-tailoring the entire outfit
- Changes to neckline, sleeve lengths are not possible – If our design team feels it can be done, it will be charged additional according to the changes required.
- Re-alteration after a week due to change in size (weight gain / weight loss) will be charged.
